Lavazza unveils corporate structure changes

Italian coffee brand Lavazza Group has announced a new organisational structure to foster a more dynamic and effective business management.

Under the leadership of Chief Commercial Officer Mauro Mantovani, Hossam Ashraf has been appointed Lavazza North America President and Pietro Mazzà has been appointed Regional Director of France and Benelux.

Massimo Pepe is now Regional Director of the United Kingdom and Nordics, Igor Nuzzi is Regional Director of Italy and Iberia, and Susanne Wege has been named Regional Director of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland.

The International Markets Business Unit, markets in which Lavazza operates through distributors, has been entrusted to Leo Italiano, appointed International Markets Business Unit Director. The Asia-Pacific region is now headed by Simone Chimini as Asia-Pacific Regional Director, and Kicking Horse Coffee’s new CEO has been entrusted to Cédric Malaga.

According to Lavazza, the changes were made to value the experiences and skills of its top management figures.
