Ladies European Tour extends partnership with Titleist

The Ladies European Tour has announced the renewal of its partnership with Titleist, the #1 ball in golf, for a further three years.

Titleist became the LET’s Official Golf Ball Partner at the start of the 2021 season for a three-year period, having established the relationship in 2020 when it supplied Pro V1 golf balls for the LET’s return to play after the hiatus caused by the pandemic.

The deal sees Titleist continue to provide its Pro V1 golf balls on practice ranges for LET players across all tournaments on the LET schedule, as well as both organisations developing on-site activations and working together to create digital campaigns.

As part of the LET and Titleist’s commitment to women’s golf and in the spirit of the LET’s mantra, #RaiseOurGame, the tournament’s market leading Pro V1 golf balls used on the practice range will be donated to good causes such as local junior golf programmes, national golf federations or direct to the host venue.

This is a key part of the partnership which shows the two brands supporting the ongoing development of new talent across the world and means each tournament leaves a lasting legacy in the region it takes place.

Fiona Harold, Commercial Director at the LET, said: “Since welcoming Titleist to the LET family as an Official Partner in 2021, our relationship has gone from strength to strength. Titleist is committed to supporting the women’s game on all levels and we’re delighted to continue working with such a prestigious brand that is hugely important to the tour and our members.

“We look forward to our ongoing partnership as we continue to ‘Raise Our Game’ across the world, providing the number one ball in golf to our members and leaving a legacy at every tournament on our schedule.”

Matthew Johnson, General Manager, UK Region, Acushnet Europe, added: “We are proud to partner with the LET for the next three years and see this is a great fit for our respective organisations. Titleist has supported LET players for many years and the extension of this partnership will give the players the opportunity to practice as well as play with the #1 ball in golf. At the core of the Titleist business is improving the accessibility of our products and services for any dedicated golfer.

“This association will provide opportunities to support local community programmes and collaborate on many more great initiatives in helping raise the awareness, interest and participation in women’s golf – something we have also pledged as signatories of the R&A’s Women in Golf Charter.”
