Being the foundational pillar of the MCU with the rest of the original Avengers, Jeremy Renner has created an undying legacy that will forever mark him as one of the greatest stars in history. But taking a step back from his illustrious career, people can also witness that he is a master of his craft when it comes to using his renovation skills in flipping properties.

In a past interview on The Late Show with David Letterman, Renner was talking about his upcoming film. Curious about his business plan, the host asked The Bourne Legacy star what went behind this idea of getting into the real estate business and flipping houses with his partner and friend.

He said that both of them once bought a house and renovated it so they could live in it without paying rent, but someone was interested in buying it at double of what they had spent. This gave them the encouragement to take this business a little seriously, and now, they have flipped more than 20 different properties in high-profile locations like Los Angeles. He said:

“Let me just fix it up a little bit, and then someone offered us twice what we paid for it. So we figured ‘Heck man, people kind of dig what we are doing here.’ I guess we continued that, and this went on as 20 houses later, here we are.”

Considering he has sold so many properties over the years makes many feel like his $15 Million salary from Avengers: Endgame may have just been a drop in the lake for him.
