Japan’s Benesse to go private as management partners Sweden’s EQT for buyout – Nikkei

TOKYO, Nov 10 (Reuters) – Japan’s Benesse Holdings
will go private in a management buyout that will have
Sweden’s investment fund EQT as a partner, the Nikkei
reported on Friday.

The MBO would cost about 270 billion yen ($1.78 billion) if
all shares are bought, the report said without citing sources.
