ECONOMY

ISTAT releases January and Q4 producer prices data (0900
GMT).

DEBT

Italy has raised a total of 9.92 billion euros with its new
BTP Italia inflation-linked bond due March 2028 at the end of
the four-day offering on Thursday.

Italy’s Treasury said it would offer up to 9.75 billion
euros in BTP bonds at auction on Tuesday.

Treasury sells 6.5 billion euros 12-month BOT bills.
Subscriptions close at 1000 GMT.

COMPANIES

LEONARDO

Italy’s state-controlled defence and aerospace group beat
its guidance on new orders as it posted full-year results for
2022 and announced an unchanged dividend of 0.14 euros per
share.

Conference call on FY results (0800 GMT).

ENI

The Italian energy group and U.S.-based Commonwealth Fusion
System (CFS) signed a new collaboration agreement on Thursday to
accelerate the industrialisation of nuclear fusion energy.

SAFILO

Italian eyewear group forecast net sales would reach 1.3
billion euros ($1.37 billion) in 2027, driven by a 4% annual
growth rate as it issued its medium-term targets. The company
confirmed it could sell its Longarone plant in northeastern
Italy.

‘Capital Markets Day’ with analysts by conference call (0730
GMT), followed with meeting with media (1100 GMT).

REVO INSURANCE

The Italian insurer is not interested in investing in
Cinven-owned Eurovita as its business is completely different,
Chief Executive Alberto Minali told Reuters.

TELECOM ITALIA (TIM)

‘Related parties committee’ meets to review the joint offer
for the fixed network submitted by state lender Cassa Depositi e
Prestiti (CDP) and Macquarie.

DANIELI

The company said it was proceeding with the sale of its
plant in Russia.

BIOERA

Ends capital increase.

DIARY

Rome, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continues
his visit; ends on March 11. On Friday attends forum with
Italian companies together with Industry Minister Adolfo Urso
(0900 GMT); have lunch with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni (1230
GMT); press statements (1330 GMT).

Rome, market regulator CONSOB holds conference “The new
frontiers of digital finance” (0900 GMT); expected attendees
include John Berrigan from EU Commission, European Securities
and Markets Authority (ESMA) President Verena Ross, Carmine Di
Noia from OECD, ECB Supervisory Board member Elizabeth McCaul,
Bank of Italy Vice President Paolo Angelini (0915 GMT).
