Blackie works at a large multinational financial company with oversight of the travel category within the EMEA region based in London. He is responsible for the operational and strategic performance of travel across all categories, ongoing vendor management and negotiation across the global travel ecosystem.

Walker brings travel industry experience, having worked with travel management companies, global distribution systems, airlines, tour operators, fintech innovators and event management companies. He has also operated at board level for over 30 years creating and delivering campaigns, environmental programmes and strategic business initiatives.

Commenting on the news, Douglas O’Neill, CEO, Inntel, said: “These appointments align with Inntel’s broader strategy to deliver a high level of customer service, enhance corporate governance, reinforce its commitment to sustainability, drive innovation, and continue to solve clients’ challenges using agile proprietary technology and customer service configurations.”
