WARSAW (Reuters) – The chief executive of ING’s Polish unit said on Thursday it would be risky to take over banks in current market conditions, as Poland faces rising coronavirus infections and new government restrictions.
Chief Executive Brunon Bartkiewicz said on Thursday his bank was not working to change its statutes to allow the bank to buy back its shares.
