VOICEINSPORT founder and CEO Stef Strack will join the Houston Dash for a pre-match networking event on Inspiring Women’s Night on Saturday, Aug. 26 at Shell Energy Stadium.
Strack, a sports business leader, will share insights to the importance of supporting women’s sports and the need to ensure platforms are in place to support growth and amplification of female athletes’ voices.
Strack brings nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of sport, lifestyle and technology with a track record of building and scaling businesses. She started her career at Nike Italy in 2004 and successfully ascended to vice president and general manager of Nike’s game-changing direct to consumer initiative named Express Lane.
Strack’s passion to create new disruptive business models and build high-performing teams led her to a new role as CEO and board member of the fashion house Rag & Bone based in New York City. Her extensive background across product creation, merchandising, sales, strategy, general management and supply chain is why today she is successfully building a new company from the ground up focused on her three passions – sport, women in leadership and equality.
Tickets for the event are available HERE and start at $82. The ticket includes a seat in the East Club for the match between the Dash and Kansas City Current, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m. CT. For additional information, visit HoustonDash.com.
This is the third event hosted by the Club to celebrate community leaders dedicated to the advancement of women in their respective fields. Past events have included Carolyn Comer, senior vice president at Shell Energy, and Laura Gump, president of the Houston division at Kroger.
