Hong Kong Ferry Company Limited Announces Change of Company Secretary and Authorised Representative

The board of directors of Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited announces that, after having served the Company for more than 18 years, Mr. Yuen Wai Kuen, Peter (“Mr. Yuen”) has retired as the Company Secretary of the Company and ceased to act as an authorised representative (the “Authorised Representative”) of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) with effect from 8 December 2023 due to his retirement. The Board announced that following the retirement of Mr. Yuen, Mr. Chow Tung Ming (“Mr. Chow”) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative of the Company with effect from 8 December 2023. Chow Tung Ming, aged 40, joined the Group on 3 October 2023.

Mr. Chow was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2010. Prior to joining the Group, he held senior positions in different law firms in Hong Kong, various Hong Kong listed companies and a financial institution, with more than 13 years of legal experience, particularly in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, company secretarial and commercial areas. Mr. Chow holds a Master of Economic Law from the Renmin University of China as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law), a Bachelor of Laws and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong.

He had also been awarded the qualifications of Financial Risk Manager (FRM) in 2009 and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2016.
