Govt to sign anti-inflation pact with business on Sept 28 – English

(ANSA) – ROME, SEP 21 – Premier Giorgia Meloni, Business and
Made in Italy Minister Adolfo Urso and representatives of
Italian retail, distribution and industry associations will sign
a pact for an “anti-inflation quarter” at the premier’s office
at Palazzo Chigi on September 28, sources said on Thursday.

The pact will make a basket of controlled, low-price basic
necessities available to consumers from October 1 until December
31, the sources said. (ANSA).
