Apply for a free programme which includes a £250 grant to help start and support your business in the early stages.

BCP Council and Evolve are providing business start-up support and guidance for BU students and recent graduates. Get involved by applying to their six-week programme which will help you to develop your business idea with sessions covering:

  • Key partners, customer segments and income streams
  • How to develop brand identify and a marketing strategy
  • Legal and regulatory matters, including tax, reporting, intellectual property and licensing
  • Financing your business.

UK students who complete this programme will be awarded a startup grant up to £250 once your business is registered.  Spaces are limited for the programme with eligibility and full details available on MyCareerHub. 

Submit your application to join the programme before 5 February 2024 via the BCP Council website.

Discover more about the programme at an information session on Tuesday 30 January 2024 between 3pm and 4pm in K103, Talbot Campus. This session is open to all and there is no need to book your place. This is your opportunity to ask questions before submitting your application for the programme.
