Satori Ops, based in the Foundry in Poole, aims to empower businesses to exceed operational limits by using the productivity app, ClickUp.

Founders, Shakira Floyd and Steph Lucas are both originally from Plymouth but crossed paths in Poole around two years ago.

The pair share over 25 years of combined experience in business operations and technology, and explored numerous platforms but said ClickUp was the industry standout.

Satori supports businesses by building bespoke ClickUp platforms and helping them use the tech.

They said emphasising the training ensures a smooth transition as well as building confidence in businesses evolving the platform as they grow.

The tech startup seeks to understand the ‘unique nuances’ of business operations, rather than a ‘one size fits all approach’.

This includes project management, task tracking, team collaboration, social media planning and tailored views or integrations with other tools.

ClickUp believes that there are too many tools to keep track of and therefore created one app to ‘replace them all’.

Shakira and Steph said that the productivity app resolves common pain points by offering a ‘unified platform that streamlines workflow and enhances collaboration’.

Shakira Floyd, co-founder of Satori Ops, said: “We’ve embarked on this journey with a clear goal, to simplify complexities, inspire excellence, and enable businesses to flourish seamlessly.

“From our experience, we’ve seen that ClickUp is the tool that can make it happen.”

Steph, co-founder of Satori Ops, said: “We are excited to see the exceptional growth and success of ClickUp in the US market be replicated in the UK.

“We’re here to be the bridge between businesses and their potential, ensuring they navigate towards growth confidently.”

The pair said that ClickUp can work wonders for a wide range of industries including agencies, marketing departments, professional services, construction films and more.

The Satori team recently welcomed Archie Brettle as client relationship manager, as part of a hopeful successful growth in 2024.
