► Fairfax Crossing Apts LLC of Southlake, Texas, paid $15.3 million for its namesake 172-unit complex at 5900 McCain Place in North Little Rock.

The former Chapel Ridge project was sold by North Little Rock Investors LLC, an affiliate of Wilhoit Properties Inc. of Springfield, Missouri.

► Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Sr., bought a nearly 21-acre tract near the southwest corner of Col. Glenn and Shackleford roads in west Little Rock for more than $4.6 million.

Seller: Dorothy M. Toll Exempt Share No. 1 QTIP Trust and Dorothy M. Toll Share No. 2 Trust.

► TCIH-AH LLC, an affiliate of the Stan Johnson Co. in Tulsa, sold the 17,880-SF Rodney’s Cycle and Handlebar Grill project at 9110 Interstate 30 for nearly $3.4 million.

► ASBE Real Estate LLC, led by John Conner III, purchased a 25,570-SF warehouse at 1520 E. Fourth St. in Little Rock for $1.8 million.

► Rick Ferguson Inc. sold a 6,452-SF home in the Waterview Estates neighborhood of west Pulaski County for $1.3 million to Foxden Capital LLC, led by Todd and Amanda Denton.

► Jason Vangilder and Isabel Hunt acquired a 4,063-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood for more than $1.1 million from Chenal Valley Construction Inc., led by James Miles.

► Robert and Danielle Huff sold their 4,854-SF home in The Arbors neighborhood of west Little Rock to Daniel and Deborah Jo Morrison for nearly $1.1 million.
