Editorial: British response to Varadkar united Ireland comments unhelpful and insulting

Leo Varadkar and Rishi Sunak have been leaders of their respective governments for a year, give or take a few weeks. In that time they have managed to restore a degree of civility to the Irish-British relationship that too often had been missing, especially on the British side, in the seven years since Britain’s Brexit referendum.
