Digital Transformation Expo Europe (DTX) and UC Expo (UCX) will focus on how enterprises can prepare people, processes and infrastructure for the continual evolution of enterprise technology when it takes place at London’s ExCel on 4 and 5 October 2023.

The theme for this year’s event is ‘Preparing for the next realm’ and attendees will have the opportunity to hear from key industry spokespeople throughout the event.

On day one of the event, Baroness Martha Lane Fox, president of the British Chamber of Commerce and founder of lastminute.com, will discuss artificial intelligence. In addition, Jenny Radcliffe, author of People Hacker, will speak about the impact of tools such as ChatGPT on cyberattacks and approaches, and American software engineer Kelsey Hightower will discuss the future of open source for product innovation.

The following day, comedian and TV presenter Dara O’Briain will join presenter and University College London professor Hannah Fry to discuss the role of storytelling and the value of being human in the age of machines.

With 18 stages of content hosting case studies, panels and roundtables, attendees will be able to learn about topics including: cloud, networks, cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, unified communications and collaboration, AI, automation and data. There will also be a new stage hosting sessions dedicated to IT operations and service management.

“Following our hugely successful Manchester show in May, we’re even more excited for the Europe edition of DTX+UCX returning to London ExCeL at such a crucial time for IT teams and business leaders,” said Dominie Roberts, programme lead for the event. “This year’s event is designed to help organisations gain the knowledge and solutions they need to keep up with advancements in technology and the way a new generation of customers and employees are using it. Given the line-up of headline speakers, featured case studies and technology showcases, this year is sure to be one of the best yet.”

This year’s event will be backed by Microsoft and a range of other technology providers.
