Yvonne Bartram has applied for planning permission to change the use of the property at Southery, near Downham Market.
The four-bed property, near the A10 on Mill Drove, is currently used as a home.
Mrs Bartram’s application includes a noise management plan.

“The dogs have a set daily routine and there is minimal stress to the animals that might lead to agitated barking or howling,” it says.
“There are also minimal visitors to the property, resulting in significantly less noise than in larger kennels.”
Waste from the animals would be collected by a specialist contractor.
The application does not disclose the breed of dog, or how many would be bred at the premises.
A decision from West Norfolk Council is expected next year.
