Wasiu Omotoso has joined the firm, bringing his experience of representing both domestic and international clients on the development, procurement, and financing of infrastructure, energy and construction projects, including P3s.
“His unique professional background, exceptional legal skills and practical insights will undoubtedly add a new dimension to our domestic and cross-border capabilities, reinforcing our commitment to helping clients navigate complex infrastructure matters in Canada and around the world,” said Ilan Dunsky, national co-leader of Dentons’ infrastructure and P3 group.
Omotoso spent almost three years at Norton Rose Fulbright, and has previously worked as legal counsel for developer Multiplex, as well as an in-house lawyer for the Walsh Group. He is currently an adjunct professor at George Brown College.
