Before you ever step on a plane, we want to ensure your experience is always stress-free and seamless. The Fly Delta App is available to be your constant companion, providing resources to check-in, track bags, navigate the airport, and alerts with real-time information about your flight. This summer, the SkyMiles account page was refreshed with a clean and simple view as well as an updated My Trips experience page where customers can manage all legs of their travel.  

The airport experience is just as valuable in your travel journey, so we have continued to make investments in our Sky Clubs based on your feedback. In 2022, we added four new Clubs to the network, and this year five will be added, and that does not include expansions and renovations with nearly 3,000 seats being added. New premium lounges, exclusive to our most premium customers, are in the works to further improve the lounge and airport experience.

We believe the future of travel is one where the digital and physical blend seamlessly together to create a personalized experience connected effortlessly by SkyMiles Memberships. With Delta Sync, the new personalization and digital experience brand, travel is becoming more customized to better serve customers’ needs.

Announced earlier this year, fast, free Wi-Fi is available today on most domestic mainline flights with additional aircraft being added by the end of 2024. Powered by T-Mobile, free Wi-Fi is available to everyone and can easily be accessed through a free Delta SkyMiles Membership.

Our new Delta Sync exclusives, launching this year, brings together personalized content, access and offers from partnerships such as Paramount+, New York Times Games, and more, delivered straight to a customer’s personal device thanks to fast, free Wi-Fi. Additional Delta Sync exclusives will continue to roll out later this year, providing customers a new and seamless way to enjoy flying with Delta.
