Three years after launching the CYLAD Experts label following an acquisition, CYLAD has now dropped the brand.
In October 2020, CYLAD expanded into the world of interim management through the purchase of Switzerland-based of Seestatt Consulting & Interim Management. Not much later, the arm was rebranded as CYLAD Experts.
CYLAD Experts operated with a core team of around 25 senior practitioners, complemented by a network of around of 200 associated experts. With the aim to build more unified recognition in the market, CYLAD Experts has now adopted the name of itsv parent.
Bruno Glaus, partner at the firm in Switzerland, said: “We will continue to provide our clients with proven consulting methodology, enhanced by selected senior expert profiles to even further meet our clients’ needs.”
The harmonisation effort is part of CYLAD’s roll-out of a new delivery model. Operating under a single brand, the Paris-headquartered firm has reshuffled its offerings into four lines of business: consulting, expert advisory, interim management, and training & coaching.
“This unique combination of delivery models allows CYLAD to provide its clients with more flexibility and offer the setup that will best fit their challenges,” said Sebastien Chaussoy, co-founder and president of CYLAD. “We are convinced that there is no one-fits-all model and that tailored solutions are the best way to ensure impact and sustainable results.”
Last month, CYLAD celebrated another milestone. The consulting firm surpassed the 150 staff mark for the first time since its inception in 2007. Today, the firm operates with eight offices internationally: Paris and Toulouse in France, Hamburg and Munich in Germany, Zurich and Geneva in Switzerland, Adelaide in Australia, and Montreal in Canada.
