The Construction Innovation Network, hosted by Cedars Pavilion, took place on March 24th and 25th at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City. The event saw property developers from Cyprus showcasing their latest project offerings to the Arab World—projects ranging from luxury residential apartments, hotel resorts, recreational projects, and mixed-use development projects.

Leading developers such as Edge Development, Limassol Greens, Platinum Properties Cyprus, 415 Development Ltd, Quality Group, Numai Real Estate and many more attended the event.

Jason C. Jasonides, Deputy Mayor, Larnaca Municipality

At the event, Jason C. Jasonides, Deputy Mayor of Larnaca Municipality, promoted Larnaca’s latest development. Larnaca, Cyprus, is a city that has seen significant project developments in recent years. These projects have ranged from infrastructure improvements to commercial and residential construction.

Jason commented on the importance of participating and investing in Dubai: “We are confident that we will see investor growth for properties in Cyprus, and at the same, we see Dubai and other Arab countries as a place to invest in as well.”

The organisers and delegation from Cyprus, Cedars Pavilion, have played an essential role in getting the two regions to network and providing valuable information on Cyprus’s recent developments.

Dr George Mufarrij, Head of Cedars Pavilion

Dr George Mufarrij said: “We want to build bridges between Cyprus and the Arab countries. At Cedars Pavilion, we want to build a strong relationship with these buyers on these visits. We want to welcome a delegation from here to visit Cyprus, where we can showcase the latest project offerings.”
