Conferma Integrates Virtual Cards with Inlogik for Hotel Reconciliation

Conferma Pay and expense management provider Inlogik have
partnered to automate hotel expense reconciliation for virtual card payments,
the companies announced.

With Conferma’s virtual card solution integrated into
Sydney-based Inlogik’s ExpenseMe/ProMaster Expense Management System, businesses
using the expense system can have hotel invoices tracked and readied for tax
and auditing purposes, according to Conferma. Virtual cards, using Conferma’s
Snap Plus solution, identify invoice data, including ancillaries, and Inlogik
automatically creates and codes expense entries. The service also extracts
goods and services taxes, enabling companies to claim them.

“The granular level of data this solution provides
means businesses can have greater visibility over the detail of their travel
expenses” Inlogik CEO Richard Eskell said in a statement. “This
critical insight, as corporate travel continues to grow, is key to giving
businesses insights and understanding of their operations at every level.”
