CPS Recruitment has hired Neal Wobbe as a senior recruiter.

Wobbe is responsible for recruiting talent in the Western New York region, supporting account executives in Rochester and Buffalo, in addition to the Syracuse area operations.

Before joining CPS Recruitment, Wobbe managed the talent acquisition function for a large aerospace company in the Southern Tier as well as managing the college recruiting program for a telecommunications manufacturing company in the Liverpool/Syracuse area.

Wobbe has his bachelor’s degree in business management from George Mason University.
