Microsoft distributor Companial has expanded their Dynamics-focused services to Canada, establishing a new office in Toronto. The company aims to engage with Dynamics partners in the country on their SMB ERP cloud migration projects.
Companial has grown to be one of the key players in the Microsoft Dynamics SMB channel in Europe and beyond, with a network of over 1,000 partners in 75 countries and a well-established regional approach. Canada officially becomes the firm’s eighth region.
Companial team members have been engaging on an ad hoc basis over the last year with Canadian partner organizations on Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, and the new office formalizes their arrangement with both Microsoft Canada and Microsoft corporate to operate in the country as a distributor of on-premises Dynamics licenses and as an Indirect Cloud Solution Provider (CSP).
Microsoft has supported Companial’s entrance into North America in part because the company has been able to support cloud migrations at a higher rate than what Canada has been experiencing so far, says Will McIntee, Companial’s vice president of business development.
