Post Title: Community-led Housing (CLH) Programme Manager
Base: Home Working with Project Meetings across Southern Scotland
Responsible To: Chief Executive
Responsible For: CLH Coordinator SE Scotland, CLH Coordinator SW Scotland
Gross Salary: £40,000
Pension Contribution: Employer contribution of 6% of salary
Contract Period: Three years, with intention to continue subject to funding
Probationary Period: Three months
Contract Hours: Full Time – a degree of flexible working may be discussed. 

SOSCH is seeking a Full Time CLH Programme Manager to work with our Chief Executive to ensure a strategic approach is taken to a complex range of community-led projects and related delivery.

SOSCH is an award winning Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) that supports the planning and delivery of community-led housing and regeneration across the South of Scotland. This new post – identified within our Business Plan – will play a key role in helping SOSCH grow the community-led housing model and taking a strategic approach to our pipeline of new projects, ensuring more are progressed from project development to delivery. The post-holder will oversee the work of the Project Team. SOSCH staff work from home with regular project meetings. The role is supported by the Scottish Government and Nationwide Foundation.

For this exciting opportunity, we are seeking application from individuals educated to degree level and/or with demonstrable relevant experience in one or more of the following areas – Housing Development (esp affordable/community-led/RSL) and Project/Programme Management, Community Ownership, Business Planning and Funding, Construction Methods, Retrofit, Place Planning.

This Full-Time post – starting salary £40k pa plus employer pension contribution – is for a fixed period of 3 years with the intention to continue in the longer term subject to funding.
