The induction ceremony, which took place in the university’s campus in Ota, Ogun State, saw the conferment of the institute’s fellowship award to 21 qualified faculty officers.
Similarly, 61 Business Administration graduates of the university were inducted into the Associate Membership grade of the institute, having successfully fulfilled the prescribed course of study and passed the professional examinations of the CIA.
Addressing the inductees during the ceremony, the President/Chairman of the Council of CIA, Dr. Festus Oshoba, who congratulated the inductees for joining the league of professional administrators, urged them to remain worthy ambassadors of CIA and Covenant University, by adhering strictly to the code of ethics while carrying out their duties as professionals.
Also addressing the inductees, the Vice Chancellor of Covenant University, Prof. Abiodun Adebayo, represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olujide Adekeye, commended the inductees for qualifying for the prestigious membership of CIA.
He commended the CIA for the continued partnership with the university in producing high-quality Business Administration graduates and pledged the varsity’s continued cooperation with the institute for even greater feats in the future.
