TRAVELSAVERS CANADA is expanding its management team in an effort to help Canadian agency partners accelerate their sales and revenue.

Christopher Brothers has been appointed director of business development, according to a press release issued Tuesday (May 2).

With more than a decade of travel industry experience, Brothers will oversee strategic acquisition and service for Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta regions.

Previously, Brothers served as the business development manager at WestJet, where he worked with travel agencies across Western Canada, implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.

“Christopher’s expertise will be instrumental in driving the company’s continued growth and success in Canada. I know what he’s capable of and it’s so great to be working together again,” stated Jane Clementino, senior vice-president and general manager of TRAVELSAVERS CANADA.

Clementino, notably, joined TRAVELSAVERS in September of last year, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience to the role.

TRAVELSAVERS CANADA says it will also soon add a marketing manager to its team.

“I am so thrilled to be expanding our team,” said Clementino. “We’re onboarding the best and brightest travel professionals that leverage their insights, relationships and strategic knowledge to spark innovation and serve our growing network of agency partners in the Canadian marketplace.”
