Choice Hotels International has restructured its leadership
following the integration of Radisson Hotels Americas’ nine brands with the
promotion of “key executives,” the company announced Wednesday.
In what Choice called “an evolution to a more flexible
and agile organizational structure,” Dominic Dragisich—who joined Choice
in 2017 as CFO and was instrumental in the
Radisson acquisition—has been appointed EVP of operations and chief global brand
officer, where he will oversee brand development and services across the
22-brand Choice portfolio.
Stepping into the CFO role is Scott Oaksmith, following his previous
role as SVP and deputy CFO. Oaksmith has been with the company for more than 20
years.
Other executive promotions include chief strategy and
international operations officer Raul Ramirez to chief segment and international
operations office, and SVP and general manager of extended-stay brands Anna
Scozzafava to chief strategy officer and SVP of technology.
Ramirez will now oversee Choice’s upscale, extended-stay,
midscale and economy brands, as well as the international division, according
to Choice. Scozzafava will now be responsible for Choice’s technology
solutions, corporate strategy and business analytics.
Sonder announced yesterday it had hired Chad Fletcher,
former SVP of global sales for Choice Hotels International, as its new sales
SVP. Choice did not announce Fletcher’s replacement.
