China’s Finance Ministry unveiled a package of tax relief measures Wednesday to help small businesses, rural households and sole proprietors as part of a range of efforts to bolster the private sector’s confidence.
The tax relief program was first supposed to expire at the end of 2022 but was extended to the end of this year. Now the program will run four more years to the end of 2027, the ministry said.
