HONG KONG — A winding-up case against heavily indebted property developer China Evergrande Group has been postponed yet again by a Hong Kong court, as lawyers for the company argued that no creditors were “actively seeking” its liquidation.

Hong Kong High Court Justice Linda Chan accepted that argument and set the next hearing for Jan 29.
