China’s vehicle sales continued their rise in October, helped by sales of new-energy vehicles and sales promotions.

Retail sales of passenger cars in the world’s biggest auto market rose 10% on year and 0.7% on month to 2.03 million vehicles in October, the China Passenger Car Association said Wednesday.
