KUALA LUMPUR: Capital A Bhd
is seeking an extension from Bursa Malaysia to submit its regularisation plan.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the PN17 company said it submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for an extension of time until Dec 31, 2023 for the company to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
As announced on July 27, Bursa Securities had granted Capital A an extension of time of three months until Oct 7 for the company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.
