SAN FRANCISCO — Confectionery maker See’s Candies is marking the start of the NFL season with the launch of limited-time Milk Peanut Butter Footballs.

Joining the company’s existing sports-inspired products, including milk chocolate footballs and milk chocolate baseballs, the treats feature a peanut butter-filled center, a milk chocolate shell and hand-piped football decorations. See’s football-shaped chocolates come individually wrapped in 6-count boxes for $12.

“As we celebrate America’s game — football — we can also take pride in knowing that See’s candies are produced here in the United States,” said Pat Egan, president and chief executive officer of See’s Candies. “Our new Milk Peanut Butter Footballs are another fantastic example of See’s dedication to American-made deliciousness.”

The candies are now available online through the company’s website or in-store at one of See’s nearly 250 locations.
