Buyer sought, again, for possible 258 Hillman City units

Part of it unbuildable wetlands, a vacant apartment site at 5722 35th Ave. S. is back on the market. CBRE offered it two years ago, unpriced. There were no takers. Now Jonah Wilhelm at Coldwell Banker Danforth has the listing, and there’s a number attached: $8.8 million is the asking price. The listing popped up last week.
