Business tycoon Pankaj Oswal and his wife Radhika Oswal had recently purchased a luxurious house named Villa Vari, after the couple’s daughters Vasundhra and Ridi, for a staggering $200 million ( ₹1,649 crore approx.), according to a report by the Times of India.

The property is located in the Canton of Vaud in the Swiss village of Gingins. Vari Villa is considered to be one of the world’s top 10 most expensive homes.
The Villa Vari, overlooking Mt Blanc, is spread across 40,000 square meters.
The magnificent property was previously owned by the daughter of Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis.
Renowned interior designer Jeffrey Wilkes, known for his work on projects such as Oberoi Rajvilas, Oberoi Udaivilas, and the Leela Hotels, has transformed the villa in accordance with the taste and style of the Oswals, the media report said.
Pankaj Oswal is the son of late industrialist Abhay Kumar Oswal. Pankaj and Radhika Oswal are married for over 25 years. They have two daughters, Vasundhara (24) and Ridi (19).
The Oswals have a net worth of $3 billion ( ₹247,000 crore approx.), said the report.
The Oswal Group Global’s business portfolio includes petrochemicals, real estate, fertilizers, and mining across Africa, India, Australia, and Switzerland.
The group operates various enterprises such as PRO Industries PTE LTD, an ethanol producer in Africa.
The Oswal Group also owns bauxite mining company Axis Minerals and Australia-based liquid ammonia producing company Burrup Fertilizers.
The Oswal family relocated from Australia to Switzerland in 2013.
The couple’s elder daughter Vasundhara Oswal is a graduate in finance from the University of Switzerland. Currently, she is the executive director of PRO Industries PTE LTD and director general at Axis Minerals. While Ridi is currently pursuing a degree in chemical engineering from a university in London.
