Overview:
Oceaneering is hiring an experienced Analyst, Disbursement Accounting at their Chandigarh location. The person in this Analyst, Treasury position will be responsible for administering all aspects our Corporate Credit Card Program. This role will process requests for purchasing and T&E cards, maintenance of spending limits, reconciliation of cards expense exceptions and issues. The role will provide subject matter expertise for corporate cards and usage across Oceaneering and provide engagement with the card banks to identify and implement innovative card programs and solutions. This position will manage corporate cards, develop and implement processes, and lead technology improvements within PeopleSoft.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s corporate purchasing and travel & entertainment card programs such as the issuance and modification; cancellation, records retention, compliance issues and customer service (credit limit increases, policy interpretation, exception transaction processing, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service to Card holders for their requests
- Responsible for carrying out a thorough review of employee corporate and purchasing card transactions, analyzing spending trends, and consulting with employees on transactions to generate a detailed report on spending patterns.
- Develop and implement card campaigns for identify internal purchasers that can adopt p-cards / T&E cards for their procurement or travel needs.
- Work to minimize company’s risk and exposure to fraud.
- Act as a liaison between bank and Oceaneering to reconcile any issues.
- Coordinate development, enhancements, and system configuration activities with PeopleSoft ERP and IT.
- Responsible for the provision of cardholder training and assisting with developing training aids and conducting employee training.
- Render support to cardholders to assist them with questions and concerns related to corporate and purchasing card transactions and policies.
- Identify, propose, and implement process and system improvements.
- Provide analytical and technical reporting as requested from business units and management
- Provide technical expertise and become the SME on company system interfaces and work with IT department to resolve system issues in the card management program.
- Look for opportunities to strategically improve the corporate card program.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or Finance or related discipline highly preferred.
- Applicants must have advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel. They should be able to work with spreadsheets, applying formulas, V-lookup and pivot tables; sort data, use chart and graphs, and perform basic data analysis. Candidate should have intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of experience with responsibilities for the card programs required.
