MCC Self Storage LLC and Wobbe Lane LLC, both of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, bought the 111,000-SF Bowman Plaza II at 12120 Col. Glenn Road and 64,304-SF Bowman Plaza I at 4700 S. Bowman Road.
The seller is GC-Bowman Properties LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson. The deal is backed with a 25-year loan of $13.2 million from Cadence Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The 14.87-acre development was acquired for $10.1 million in August 2012 from Bowman Plaza I LLC and Bowman Plaza II LLC, led by the court-appointed receiver of this Gene Cauley asset: Little Rock’s Flake & Kelley Management Inc.
Auto Auction Sale
A 63,018-SF auto sales project in south Little Rock tipped the scales at $4 million.
Atlas Auto Auction LLC, led by Jack Lovelis, sold its facility at 4600 S. University Ave. to DAA Acquisition of Arkansas LLC of Memphis.
The deal is financed with a 25-year loan of $3.4 million from Cadence Bank.
Atlas Auto Auction bought the 17.35-acre former home of Steve Landers Kia for $2.2 million in August 2021 from 4600 S. University LLC, led by Steve Landers.
Multifamily Buy
Nine duplexes in north Pulaski County are under new ownership as part of a $2.01 million transaction.
Alex Sharp Property Holdings LLC acquired the property at 3813 Tates Mill Road and a neighboring 5-acre parcel from Ricky and Amanda Harrell.
The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $1.7 million from First Community Bank of Batesville.
The Harrells purchased the combined 8 acres for $70,000 in March 2018 from Sergio Mendez.
Ice Cream Ground
A 1.72-acre site in west Little Rock rang up a $1.59 million sale.
Retail Buildings Inc., an affiliate of the Braum’s ice cream parlor-fast food chain based in Oklahoma City, bought the land near the southwest corner of Chenal Parkway and St. Vincent Way.
The seller is Bella Casa LLC, led by Terry Fleming.
Bella Casa acquired the property in September 2019 as part of a $3.7 million deal with PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of PotlatchDeltic of Spokane, Washington.
Lost 40 Purchase
A 7,903-SF office building in downtown Little Rock drew a $1.2 million transaction.
201 S Izard LLC, led by John Chandler, sold its namesake address to Lost 40 Brewery LLC, led by John Beachboard, Scott McGehee, Russ McDonough III and Albert Braunfisch.
The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $1 million from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.
201 S Izard bought the 0.55-acre development for $213,000 in September 2013 from the Greg L. Hatcher Revocable Living Trust.
Industrial Flex I
A 44,688-SF industrial flex building in Little Rock sold for $1.2 million.
Tillar Little Rock Evergreen Partners Ltd., an affiliate of LanCarte Commercial in Fort Worth, Texas, acquired the Evergreen Business Center at 3520 W. 69th St. The seller is Koon Properties LLC, led by Walter Koon.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of undisclosed value from FirstBank Southwest of Amarillo, Texas.
The 3.06-acre development was purchased for $775,000 in March 1999 from G&S Partnership, led by Jack Grundfest.
Industrial Flex II
A 6,360-SF industrial flex building in North Little Rock changed hands in an $800,000 deal.
Matyja & Cope Properties LLC, led by Shay Matyja and Brady Cope, bought the 7000 Crystal Hill Road project. The seller is Shanabrook LLC, led by Brandon Tedder.
The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $680,000 from First Community Bank.
The 0.77-acre site was acquired for $16,000 in May 2012 from Judy and Carl Breece.
Stroman’s Acquisition
A 2,861-SF store in North Little Rock is under new ownership after a $635,000 sale.
Stroman’s Inc., led by Megan Stroman, sold its 3201 John F. Kennedy Blvd. project to Snow White Investment LLC, led by Amandeep Singh.
The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $508,000 from First Arkansas Bank & Trust of Jacksonville.
Originally known as Stroman’s TV & Stereo Centers Inc., the corporation assembled the 0.56-acre location in two May 1989 deals with John Gann, $100,000; and Kentucky Fried Chicken of North Little Rock Inc., led by Jerry Haynie, $25,000.

Main & Pershing LLC, led by Stephen Lightle, acquired the Doublebee’s Exxon at 2623 Main St. from Blakely-Brewer Inc., led by Ann Blakely.
The deal is financed with a three-year loan of $316,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy.
The 0.74-acre development was purchased for $550,000 in December 1990 from Chevron U.S.A. Inc. of San Ramon, California.
Day Care Deal
A 3,800-SF day care in south Little Rock drew a $155,000 transaction.
Teeny Tiny Tot Playhouse Learning Center LLC, led by Catina Davis, bought the 5906 53rd St. project from Jesse and Gloria Stenhouse.
The Stenhouses acquired the 0.26-acre development for $78,000 in October 2001 from Huit Properties Ltd., led by Gale Wallace.
Shopping Center Purchase
Sky Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Sky Capital Group of Houston, purchased the 47,111-SF East End Shopping Center at 1100 E. Roosevelt Road in Little Rock for $1.3 million.
The seller is LMS Properties LLC, led by Tommy Lasiter. The deal included the lease on the 4.81-acre site, which has been owned by the city of Little Rock since December 1862.
