Seabrook is located in Grays Harbor County, just north of Ocean Shores.
Seabrook, a planned community on the Washington Coast, is set to expand to the tune of some 1,300 homes. On Monday, the town announced that it has received approval from Grays Harbor County, Washington State, and federal environmental agencies for the extensive expansion plan, which also includes a new spa and wellness center, luxury hotel, and more than 10 hamlets.
