The Manchester and London offices of BDO have welcomed new experts, as the firm looks to support clients with financial and organisational transformations. Zsolt Szelecki and Claire Frangou both join the consultancy as partners.

BDO Manchester is based in Spinningfields, in the heart of the city. The firm have 25 partners and over 400 staff working from the office, providing a full range of BDO’s services from the Manchester office, including specific expertise in manufacturing, recruitment, social housing, retail and private equity.
Claire Frangou joins the office from KPMG, having also held roles with Deloitte and Grant Thornton. She arrives as an M&A partner in the corporate finance team, having built up over 25 years’ experience as a corporate financier. Her role at BDO will see Frangou working closely with owner-managed and private equity-backed businesses to support their continued growth and development.

BDO’s London office at 55 Baker Street serves clients based across the South East of England and throughout the UK. The firm’s locale there provides all the services our clients need including tax advice, advisory services and business services and outsourcing, as well as independent external audits.
Zsolt Szelecki joins BDO in London as partner and the head of people advisory services in the firm’s digital, risk and advisory service (DRAS) team. There, he will support businesses with culture and organisational transformation projects, leveraging his significant experience in talent management, organisational effectiveness, and leadership team alignment. Szelecki joins BDO from a non-executive director position having previously had a unique mix of corporate, professional services and entrepreneurial roles. He was also previously a senior client partner for Korn Ferry.
Szelecki added, “I am happy to announce that I joined BDO UK as a partner, leading people advisory services (PAS) in the UK, focusing on talent experience, organisational effectiveness, and leadership team alignment.”
