Location: Paisley/Hybrid

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 35 hours per week

EVH Grade 8: PA28 – 31

Salary: £44,083 – £47,694

Paisley Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord operating across the Paisley area providing quality homes at affordable rates for its communities. The association was established in 1984 and now owns and manages 1250 homes and provides factoring services to a further 287 customers. PHA continues to develop new homes to improve housing supply across its communities and currently has 100 new homes in the pipeline. PHA works towards its mission of ensuring the continued provision of high quality homes and excellent customer services through continuous improvement and innovation.

We have recently introduced some changes to our Asset Team with the aim of delivering excellent service to all our customers and achieving our strategic objectives which put housing and the community at the heart of what we do. As a result of these changes, we are looking to recruit an Asset Manager to join the team and be an integral part of this successful operation.

As the Asset Manager you will lead the frontline team and manage the operations of Repairs, Maintenance and oversee the Association’s void management and planned and cyclical maintenance, whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Our latest Business Plan has been developed with our community at its core and we have ambitious plans in improving our stock, tackling fuel poverty and harnessing the green agenda.
