Apartool, an accommodation platform with content in 85 countries, has announced a new division to help house large groups of temporary workers worldwide.

The purpose of the new division is designed to ‘hotelise’ the corporate housing industry and make booking accommodation for large events a simpler task.

The new division, Apartool Projects, will offer solutions “to temporarily accommodate large teams”. 

Events such as the Olympic Games in Paris and the America’s Cup in Barcelona, which involve the temporary relocation of thousands of people, make managing accommodation a challenge for any organisation, says the company.

Aleix de Castellar, co-founder of Apartool said: “The company is seeking to “hotelise” corporate housing by making reservations as easy as booking a hotel.”

Apartool Projects will offer a single point of contact, to speed up the process, and offer flexibility when choosing a property.
