Air France-KLM and shipping company CMA CGM plan to withdraw from a cargo-cooperation agreement, citing a tight regulatory environment in key markets, and are in talks for new terms.
The Franco-Dutch carrier group said Tuesday that the parties intend to withdraw from their existing agreements—which became effective in April last year—from March 31. The companies have started discussions on new terms and conditions of a commercial relation from the end of March onward, Air France-KLM said.
