In the latest installment of the thrilling Ahsoka series, episode 4 concludes with a jaw-dropping ending that has left fans buzzing. In this spoiler-filled breakdown, we’ll dissect the shocking ending of “Fallen Jedi,” unravel its implications, and shed light on the pivotal events that unfold in the Disney Plus series. Here’s what happened in Ahsoka episode 4.
Is Ahsoka dead at the end of episode 4?
Ahsoka Tano didn’t die in episode 4.
Ahsoka episode 4 saw the titular heroine locking lightsabers with Morgan Elsbeth’s (Diana Lee Inosanto) forces on Seatos. While Ahsoka (Rosario Dawson) and Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) initially seemed to have an edge over Shin Hati (Ivanna Sakhno) and Marrok, who was easily defeated by Ahsoka, the protagonists couldn’t match Baylan Skoll (Ray Stevenson).
Skoll pushed Ahsoka off a cliff during their clash, apparently killing her. With Ahsoka out of the games, Skoll convinced Sabine not to destroy the map to locate Grand Admiral Thrawn, as it would be helpful to find Ezra Bridger, whom Sabine deeply cares about. Ultimately, Ahsoka wasn’t dead as she woke up in a mysterious place that looked like the World Between Worlds.
Why is Anakin Skywalker in Ahsoka episode 4?
Anakin returns in Ahsoka episode 4 thanks to the World Between Worlds.
It has been widely teased Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) would return in Ahsoka, and it finally happened in episode 4 of the series. “Hello, Snips,” is how Anakin greeted his former Padawan as the two old friends reconciled. “I didn’t expect to see you so soon,” added Anakin. Of course, Anakin died before the events of the series, which is set a few years after the Battle of Endor. What Ahsoka saw was likely a sort of projection or Force ghost. As seen in Star Wars Rebels, mysterious things had happened before in the World Between Worlds, so who knows? The upcoming episodes of the series will unveil more details.
Ahsoka is currently streaming on Disney Plus. New episodes premiere on Tuesdays.
