Aer Lingus and American Airlines have expanded their codeshare agreement to include additional services between Ireland and the US.
The codeshare deal, first launched in 2022, will now cover flights from Dublin to both Philadelphia and Chicago. The agreement already allows Aer Lingus customers to book direct flights from Dublin to Charlotte in North Carolina and Dallas-Fort Worth in Texas with American Airlines.
Additionally, travellers can book codeshare connecting flights from Dublin to Albuquerque, New Mexico; Nashville, Tennessee; Dallas-Fort Worth; Las Vegas; Kansas City; Portland, Oregon; San Jose, California; Tampa, Florida; and Tucson, Arizona.
The Irish carrier also joined the Atlantic Joint Business partnership in 2020, which includes American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia and Finnair.
