As an Administrative Assistant in a global Shared Service Center, you support the CFO and Accounting Business Partner in providing high quality, accurate, and timely reports and activities related to PEZA, credit cards, office supplies monitoring and requesting, concur filing, document management (filing, sorting, scanning etc.) and other admin task that will be assigned by CFO and ABP. Moreover, you support accounting processes, post to the general ledger, handle inventory destruction requirements, maintain and reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts and other task that will be assigned by the GL team lead. In addition, you provide support during audit or pre-audit tasks, compliance activities and other related accounting duties as assigned by management.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Degree in a business-related discipline preferred
  • 1-2 years of work experience in accounting/finance
  • 1-2 years of work experience with PEZA related activities
  • Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system preferred (Local Legacy system, e.g. Scala)
  • Fluent English language skills required
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and Excel skills required
  • Willing to be based in BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila
