A 2,850-hectare game farm in Groot Marico, North West, is on the market for R64.5 million.

Pam Golding said that the game farm is incredibly diverse, with savanna grasslands, rich bush and river rhine conditions in the valleys along the river.

The farm also has an exotic game breeding program, which the potential buyers can take over.

“Seldom do you find such a large farm two hours from Pretoria / Johannesburg,” Pam Golding said.

The farm also comes with a 12-bedroom game lodge, with accommodation and a traditional farmhouse with workshop facilities.

The property also comes with two large ground dams and a couple of smaller dams. The various water cribs are filled via a pipeline from a borehole.

20 hectares of arable land can also be used to plant fodder.
