Richard Lyons has joined Armstrong Teasdale as a partner in the corporate services practice group, the firm said Thursday.

Lyons focuses on commercial transactions, commercial real estate, corporate dealings, and health care, according to Armstrong Teasdale. He provides counsel on private transactions.

Within the health care space, he works on drafting and negotiating consulting agreements, clinical and nonclinical research agreements, and business formation and structure, Armstrong Teasdale said.
