Corporate Traveller appoints UK head of customer experience

Corporate Traveller has promoted Jamal Madhloom to the role of head of customer experience for the UK market.

The SME specialist said that Madhloom, who has been working for Corporate Traveller since 2015, will “spearhead the development of new initiatives” to support customers in his new role.

Madhloom started his career with the TMC as a regional sales manager before being promoted to regional operations manager and most recently held the role of head of customer success.

UK general manager Donna Joines said: “We are hardwired to deliver the very best customer service and Jamal truly represents this approach. His track record speaks for itself, and I am excited to see how he applies his considerable expertise to this new role.”

Madhloom added that his priority was to “cultivate our overall customer experience” through new programmes, which will be developed alongside the TMC’s operational teams.
