Hybrid hotel chain Zoku has opened its fourth business-orientated property in the centre of Paris.

The company, which also offers co-working spaces and meetings rooms to guests and the local community, has opened Zoku Paris in the city’s 17th arrondissement close to the Eurostar terminal of Gare du Nord.

Zoku features 109 apartment-style “Lofts” at the Paris property, which can be used for longer stays, as well as rooftop social spaces including a terrace, restaurant and bar.

The brand already has hotels in Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Vienna as it looks to tap into more hybrid and flexible working patterns.

Marc Jongerius, managing director and co-founder of Zoku, said: “With hybrid and remote work becoming mainstream, more corporate companies are embracing this trend. Zoku is a frontrunner in creating mixed-use buildings for international living, working and networking across Europe.”
