Worcestershire IT and software provider Minster Micro has hired a business development manager to help drive its latest growth phase.
The company has appointed Deb Parton to the newly created role following a series of regional client wins.
Parton, who has held a series of sales and development roles in the IT sector throughout a 25-year career, will report to Minster Micro’s head of sales Paul Taylor.
She said: “I was attracted to Minster Micro as it’s an established, family-run business which has a terrific reputation for innovation, product knowledge and great customer support.
“Everyone has made me feel so welcome and I look forward to bringing my skills, experience and contacts to the company.”
Taylor added: “Deb is the perfect appointment for us. Not only is she widely respected, she also brings a wealth of knowledge and connections in the IT industry which will help us grow and push our expertise further afield.
“Deb has exactly the type of credentials we look for. She is driven, a superb relationship builder, and knows the sector inside out. She is already making an impact and I look forward to working with her in the months and years ahead.”
