OC&C Strategy Consultants has welcomed two new partners its leadership team in the Netherlands: Bob Chermin and Oleg Tschernizki.

Both new partners have been with OC&C Strategy Consultants for around a decade, Chermin joining in 2014, and Tschernizki two years previous.

“We are particularly pleased that both Bob and Oleg originally joined the firm as Associate Consultants and have chosen to build their careers with us. We look forward to seeing them continue their professional development and help us build OC&C Strategy Consultants together by providing trusted bespoke strategic advice to our clients,” said Will Hayllar, OC&C’s Global Managing Partner.

A member of the Consumer Goods and Retail sector teams, Chermin has a wealth of experience in the Home sub-sector. “He is an exemplary leader and has developed and strengthened client relationships and opportunities for the firm and played a key role in the reintegration of the Rotterdam office,” said Hayllar.

Tschernizki meanwhile is a member of the Tech practice. He also according to Hayllar played a key role in the reintegration of the Rotterdam office (from EY-Parthenon), and has built strong relationships across a broad range of clients. “Oleg’s ability to stay agile and unlock value across a whole range of complex business models has seen him become indispensable to clients and the firm alike.”

OC&C Strategy Consultants has been active in the Netherlands for over two decades, part of the OC&C’s fully integrated model since 2021. The local Dutch practice has a team of around 50 consultants and staff.

Worldwide, OC&C Strategy Consultants has over 500 staff in 14 offices across Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and Oceania.
